These terms are the agreement between you and Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC, a Georgia limited liability company, trading as YouTube Growth Systems ("YGS"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
Not affiliated with YouTube or Google. YGS is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their affiliates. Nothing in the service is an official YouTube product or an official statement about how YouTube works.
YGS is a creator operations platform. It connects to channels you own, analyses their performance, and runs tools that help you plan, produce, publish, and measure content. Some of those tools use artificial intelligence to generate drafts and recommendations.
You may only connect channels you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for having that authority. If you connect a channel you don't control, that's a breach of these terms and we may suspend your account.
Connecting a YouTube channel also means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube through this service remains subject to YouTube's own rules, and YouTube may change or restrict API access at any time — which may change or interrupt features here.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.
You own your content. Video, audio, images, text, and channel data you bring remain yours.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account. We don't use your content to train models, and we don't license it to anyone else.
Output the service produces for you — titles, descriptions, scripts, thumbnails, reports — is yours to use. You are responsible for reviewing it before you publish it.
AI output is a draft, not a decision. Generated content can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable. Recommendations about platform behaviour are informed opinion and observation, not documented fact about how YouTube's systems work. Check anything you intend to publish, and don't treat a recommendation as a guarantee.
We do not promise growth, views, subscribers, revenue, or any specific outcome. Channel performance depends on your content, your niche, your audience, your consistency, and platform decisions outside anyone's control. Any figures shown in marketing are examples, not projections.

Plans include limits on tool runs, storage, and connected channels. We may apply reasonable limits to protect the service, and will tell you before enforcing anything that materially changes what you already pay for.
YGS depends on services we don't control, including YouTube, Google, Cloudflare, Stripe, and AI providers. If one of those changes, restricts, or stops its service, features here may change or stop with it. That isn't a breach of these terms, though we'll do what's reasonable to adapt or tell you.
We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, and third-party failures happen. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
The service — its software, design, brand, and documentation — belongs to Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC. These terms don't transfer any of it to you beyond the right to use the service while your subscription is active.
"YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC, used here only descriptively to identify the platform the service works with.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone's rights.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 17 survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before taking effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.
